Marketing Technology Specialist

The role will focus on the development, integration, daily operations, and continuous improvement programs for the MarTech stack, with a primary focus on marketing automation. Partner with key internal and agency stakeholders to ensure Farmers’ MarTech stack supports the efficient management and execution of key Lead Generation functions to improve business performance.

Experience and education Requirements:  

  • Minimum three years of experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics, marketing process development and improvement experience.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform and Segment (CDP) preferred. Strong background in Marketing and Advertising technologies and their applications to scale performance marketing organizations preferred.

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related (Nice to have)
