Your shown ability to remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and coach the team will ensure magnificent execution and customer happiness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practicesHelp the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfactionLead the scrum and development teams in self-organizationRemove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impedimentsHelp the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile frameworkResolve conflicts and issues that occurHelp the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturitySupport the product owner and provide education where neededRequired SkillsBachelors degree in information technology or equivalent3 - 4 years of demonstrated ability as a Scrum Master with hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum developing software applications in a highly technical domain5 - 6 years of shown experience as a Software Development EngineerKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrumExpertise with project management tools JIRA and JenkinJira scripting is requiredPrior experience on a scrum teamStrong expertise in Agile and its frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled-Agile management methods and processesAbility to figure out what is scrum and what is notStrong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skillsNice to Have:Scrum Certification, SW development preferred C# .NETLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
