The Back Office Lead is expected to maintain a high degree of organizational acumen, attentiveness and professionalism.• Be proficient in essential Back Office functions and basic Front Office operations.• Assists in the training and development of support staff.• Assist Providers navigate the EHR/EMR features and functions.• Ensure optimal patient workflow and minimal wait times.• Maintain medical equipment to include x-ray unit.• Managed medical supply inventories to support day to day operations.• Ensure Monthly QA of Lab, Radiology and control logs are up to date.• Assist with patient callbacks, follow-up and appointment reminder calls.• Perform patient complaint resolutions while maintaining strict confidentiality.Requirements include:• High School Diploma or Equivalent.• Two (2) years experience as a Medical Assistant or educational equivalent.• Basic Life Support (BLS)• Must be able to work: Tuesday-Thursday, 2PM-8PM. Friday, 8AM-2PM.
