Manager, Experience Design

We are seeking a creative and technically adept individual with a strong background in artificial intelligence, particularly in Generative AI, to help us pioneer new products and services. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and deliver innovative AI-driven products• Utilize expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies to solve complex problems and enhance product functionality• Design and implement user-centered solutions with a focus on optimizing user experience through intelligent automation and personalization• Keep abreast of the latest trends in AI and technology to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage• Participate in the full lifecycle of product development, from prototyping to testing and implementationQualifications• 5+ years of experience in an innovation role• Proven experience in artificial intelligence, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI applications• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively• Solid understanding of user experience design and its integration with AI technologies• A passion for innovation and a drive to explore new technological frontiers• Experience with AI development tools and frameworks such as LangFlow, VectorShift, or similar• Prior involvement in projects or products that utilized AI for enhancing user interactions or product capabilitiesLI-HybridWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
