As a Manager, Product Manager on the MLX’s Enterprise Feature Platform (EFP) product team, you will be the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization, and innovation. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to define requirements and deliver high value solutions to the enterprise. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about technology and deeply empathizes with customer needs. They are comfortable in conversation with stakeholders ranging from technical customers to senior leadership.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop the product vision for creating a self-service onboarding journey for customers looking to migrate platforms
Research available tooling, the current process, meeting with customers to build a value-based backlog for EFP teams
Work closely with partner teams to define requirements and measures of success
Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes
Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product and customer journey design
Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams
Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies
Support technology teams with escalation and resolution of impediments
Deploy go-to-market strategies to ensure customers can navigate onboarding tools and steps
Serve as the connection between customers, partners, Capital One’s mission, and your team

The position will not manage others directly, but as a Product Owner, will lead 1 or more tech teams in delivering their agenda/backlog. Also the product manager will interface with leaders across most of Capital Ones largest Profit & Loss business sectors as they design solutions that enable onboarding to the enterprise data-feature platform.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in data science, machine learning, AI and/or automated Business Decision technologies
Experience working closely with enterprise platforms

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
