Working at Flexport was a blast. The office buzzed with energy, and every day brought fun new challenges. The team was full of smart, passionate people who became great friends. I loved seeing how our work made global trade smoother. Plus, there were always opportunities to learn and grow, making it a place where work felt exciting and meaningful.

Cons

Working at Flexport was a fantastic experience overall, but it wasn't without its challenges. The fast-paced environment could be intense, and juggling multiple projects sometimes got overwhelming. There were also occasional long hours, especially when tackling big deadlines. However, these challenges pushed me to grow and learn quickly, and the supportive team culture made even the toughest days manageable. Despite the downsides, the sense of accomplishment and the fun, energetic atmosphere made it all worthwhile.
