As a creative director (video/content) for ninety6, Progressive's in-house agency, you'll be responsible for the strategic and creative vision and overall creative leadership of the company, with a focus on multi-media. You'll impact the direction of the brand and company by overseeing the management and development of marketing and advertising for our products and services. You'll be responsible for managing and evolving a multi-disciplinary in-house multimedia studio and creative agency, and leading our enterprise-wide video and photography service model. In addition, you'll develop, direct, and produce creative from strategy and concept through completion across all channels and mediums (mass-media including television, radio, print, out-of-home, social/digital, emerging, experiential) with a focus on video/film/motion/sound and photography. You'll lead a team of creatives and digital producers while partnering with external agencies, internal business areas, and leadership, to deliver and execute groundbreaking marketing. Must-have qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in creative field or related field of study (e.g., Marketing/Advertising/Broadcast Journalism) and a minimum 10 years of experience in related work. In lieu of bachelor's degree, 15 years of relevant experience in the creative field with a deep understanding of videography/photography, editing, visual FX and motion design. Preferred skills Proven conceptual ability to create smart, strategic campaigns, and develop clear and compelling solutions that drive business success based on a deep understanding of our products, services, and target audience. Must be able to lead creative for Tier I projects, including national multi-million-dollar, multi-channel (TV, digital/social, radio, experiential, print) campaigns with a focus on multimedia. Exceptional ability to develop, judge and critique creative across all mediums; extensive experience directing studio and location shoots, editing sessions, audio recording, editing and mixing sessions, video effects, motion graphic design, photography, and other production sessions. Ability to develop and oversee an enterprise-wide video service model (production workflows, distribution methods, resource management, and performance metrics) and provide leadership for all video self-service users. Ability to manage our full/self-service multimedia studio by identifying, recommending, purchasing, and implementing resources and equipment to achieve Progressive's media goals, managing the studio budget, and resolving all technical issues. Ability to identify and recruit top talent while representing Progressive in the creative/advertising community.
