The Principal Associate - UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating digital experiences that are usable, intuitive, and visually appealing to customers.We are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of five years of professional experience in UX/UI design and a portfolio of successful design projects. Responsibilities of a Principal Associate - UX/UI Designer: Design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and usable digital experiences for customers. Utilize design thinking, user-centered design, and other UX/UI design principles to create user-friendly experiences. Maintain a portfolio of successful UX/UI design projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web accessibility standards. Communicate complex information in an accessible and meaningful way. Collaborate with other design, engineering, and product teams. Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions.
