Our Market Research team is critical to helping teams across the Bank understand the broader banking landscape and what drives customer behaviors and perceptions as they relate to banking.Our Market Research team is looking for a talented Researcher to help shape our learning agenda for Market Research and advise on strategies across the Bank. Conceptual thinking skills and a thirst for open-ended questions must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation.- Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business initiatives, build business requirements, and execute against our market research agenda. Work on multiple projects concurrently. Partner with and manage vendors as they execute research studies. Draft research reports, including developing data charts, graphs, and presentations.- Influence: Build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise. Researchers should foster innovation, drive critical decisions, and consistently deliver results, including synthesizing key findings across multiple, interdisciplinary sources, culminating in research-backed business recommendations.- Strong Executive Communication & Storytelling Skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively summarize analysis for an executive audience is essential.- Clear Results Orientation: Display an intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.
