Senior Manager, UX/UI Designer

Welcome to Capital One! We are seeking a Senior Manager, UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and shape the digital experience for our customers. In this role, you will lead a team of talented designers to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. We are looking for a passionate and experienced designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design... principles and a proven track record of delivering successful UX/UI projects. Join us in revolutionizing the way our customers interact with their finances. Lead a team of designers to develop and implement innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Utilize a user-centered design approach to ensure a seamless and intuitive digital experience for our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and business goals, and translate them into effective design solutions. Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our design processes. Mentor and guide team members to improve their design skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Manage the design process from concept to final product, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality design outputs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually improve the digital experience. Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and brand integrity across all digital products. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, budget, and timelines. Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to non-designers and senior management. Identify and resolve design challenges and provide creative solutions to enhance the overall user experience. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Continuously evaluate and improve our design processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
