Software Engineer Level I
Capital Technology Group is seeking a Software Engineer Level I to design and implement prototypes and/or proof-of-concepts for evaluating new technologies in a high-impact, civic tech environment within the federal government.
Skills
- Software development using Java, JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or related languages.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end languages, databases, web servers, UI/UX design.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- Design software for client use to optimize operational efficiency.
- Analyze and design databases within an application area.
- Work closely with other teams to build functional systems improving customer experience.

- Bachelors Degree
