Capital.com has an exciting opportunity for an Organic Performance Strategy Manager to join the commercial team.
This candidate will need to have a proven track record of designing and implementing a best-in-class global Organic Performance strategy.
The successful candidate will need to be confident in discussing strategies with key stakeholders across content, PR and product. You will be responsible for increasing revenue through organic channels for the United Arab Emirates region. Reporting to the Head of Organic Performance, you will support your line manager and the business needs.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for setting and executing on-page/content SEO strategy for Arabic speaking markets
- Keeping up-to-date with news, culture and trends in the local market
- Responsible for meeting on-page SEO targets for Arabic speaking markets
- Working with the Head of Organic Performance to refine the Global Organic Performance strategy
- Working with the other market specific and global Organic Performance managers to refine and execute strategy
- Working closely with UX and Product to understand capital.com user behaviour and intent
- Developing and nurturing cross-functional relationships with copy, product and commercial teams
- Carrying out regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunity areas
- Reporting on Arabic speaking market performance inc. presentations to wider business
- Championing SEO best practice via education sessions for key stakeholders e.g. copy and commercial
- Working with the Organic Performance technical manager on the technical roadmap
Requirements:- Fluent English and Arabic
- 5+ years of experience with the organic performance field
- Ability to consider the bigger picture vs when to ‘sweat the small stuff’
- Values resource and understands the importance of continuously assessing priorities
- Experience working on international SEO
- Understanding of how other key marketing channels work with organic search
- ‘Anything is possible’ approach to a situation - there is no problem that we cannot solve
- Storyteller and communicator - always ensuring that all key stakeholders buy into your vision
- Well-versed in tools such as Lumar, Pi-Datametrics, GA4 and Screaming Frog
