About the role

We’re looking for our first Creative Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be helping ad creative come to life, working as a connector across the team, partnering with Creator Relations, Creative, and Performance Marketing teammates to imagine, bring to life, and iterate on ad creative in order to drive successful outcomes.

Our ideal candidate can keep the team in lockstep to make sure we’re reaching our weekly ad creative goals, while also bringing creative ideas to the table.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Keeping our ad creative process well-oiled and running. This includes updating ad creative trackers, assigning owners and due dates, understanding which languages or features need to be prioritized, and adjusting weekly and monthly deliverables accordingly.

  • Organizing weekly brainstorming sessions to identify new angles for ad creative, and synthesizing and helping prioritize creative concepts afterward.

  • Developing creative briefs both internally and externally, summarizing requests and possible ad variations for internal and external partners.

  • In partnership with Performance Marketing and Creator Relations, providing read-outs on creative performance, and measuring the ROI of ad creative — both individually and at a language level.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Design Operations, or Marketing Operations, or a closely related Marketing role (e.g. influencer marketing).

  • You’re comfortable managing projects through all stages, with direct accountability for project deliverables and execution. You have experience in setting timelines, coordinating team tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

  • You have a keen eye for ad creative, and hypotheses on what ad creative will (and won’t perform). You have the ability to uphold brand standards while ensuring project deliverables are still met.

  • You’re a strategic thinker and creative problem solver. You’re excited to solve new problems as we continue to scale our creative production, and are open to non-traditional solutions.

  • You’re exceptionally organized, have a detail-oriented nature, and are adept at juggling multiple tasks and priorities, helping teammates do the same. You have a system to ensure things don’t slip through the cracks.

  • You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator and feel comfortable providing direction both internally and externally.

  • You’re collaborative; building strong relationships comes naturally to you.

  • You have a desire to move and ship quickly, and bring the team along for the ride.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Anything you need to do your best work

  • We’ve done team off-sites to places like Paris, London, Park City, Los Angeles, Upstate NY, and Nashville with more planned in the future.
