Customer Operations Associate

Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound phone and email contacts from customers
- Resolve customer issues related to product usage, technical support, and more
- Become a subject matter expert in the SwipeSimple Product line
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to enhance customer support processes
- Identify customer trends and propose process improvements
