Inside Sales Associate
CardFlight is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to contribute to the growth of our SwipeSimple Connect product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software or payment solutions to SMBs.
Skills
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound leads and performing outreach to leads via various channels
- Serving as the initial point of contact for prospective customers
- Conducting product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Managing the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Education
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
