Tasks

• Collaborate with the Tech team to contribute to the testing process and document software defects.

• Conduct testing in alignment with our deployment schedule to ensure consistent software quality across all releases.

• Engage into monitoring system performances and actively participate in troubleshooting deployment and infrastructure-related issues.

• Learn to provide technical support to team members and gain knowledge of the product to address inquiries and escalate issues appropriately.

• Support the team in the delivery and deployment processes.

• Participate in discussions to explore and implement improvements in a no-code startup environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrable interest in the field of quality assurance and software development

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in startups or consulting.

• Exposure to no-code platforms like Bubble/NoCode would be a plus.

• An eagerness to learn about monitoring system performance and proactively identifying deployment and infrastructure issues.

• Proficiency in English.
