Category Manager - Dairy & Bakery
Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East and is looking for a Category Manager for its Grocery division with strong experience in the Food or Grocery sector.
Skills
- Experience in Buying or Category Management.
- Understanding of the Middle East grocery market.
- Negotiation skills with FMCG or brand owners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategies on assortment and selection by store.
- Define actionable strategies for Category Management.
- Continuously update assortment strategies based on market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sourcing, pricing, and promotions.
- Create smooth logistical relationships with Supply Chain and Suppliers.
