CRM Operations Executive
Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East and seeks a CRM Operations Executive to manage CRM marketing and lifecycle journey programs.
Skills
- Experience with Braze, Salesforce, or CRM platforms
- Knowledge of customer journey communications
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Analytical skills for data insights
- Basic understanding of SQL and Google Analytics
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing teams and CRM Manager to manage day-to-day campaigns
- Manage campaign execution for growth hacks
- Build campaigns across various channels
- Perform campaign-specific testing
- Manage subscriber data and create targeted campaigns
- Post-campaign analysis and reporting
