Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East and is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior team member in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, office team and other external partners
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Submit monthly expense reports
  • Proactively manage complex calendars and schedule appointments
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Compile and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
