Senior Manager - Growth
Careem is looking for a Senior Growth Manager to lead the growth planning and decision making for a business line. The role involves working closely with various teams to drive strategic direction and provide insights for growth.
Skills
- Statistics - A/B testing, uplift calculation, p-test, t-test
- SQL - Intermediate to proficient skills
- Tableau - Dashboard design and automation
- Experience in CRM and analytics tools
- Experience in data science/ machine learning projects
- Python - Scripting and automation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle management process
- Embark on exploratory data analysis projects
- A/B test different growth ideas
- Work in cross-functional teams
- Build KPI monitoring dashboards
- Provide guidance on targets and budgets
