Senior Product Manager - Rides Platform, Customer Experience
Careem is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the Product vision and Strategy for Careem’s Rides vertical, bringing together Careem’s vision of simplifying mobility for customers. The role involves owning & executing the product roadmap, developing strategy & vision, building and delivering the roadmap, working closely with commercial teams, and managing stakeholders.
Skills
- 5+ years of Product management experience in customer-facing products
- Proficiency in Arabic language skills preferred
- Clear evidence of unlocking crazy, product-led growth in the B2C space
- Global mindset with experience in building scalable solutions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Owning & executing the product roadmap for Careem’s booking squad
- Developing the strategy and vision for the booking squad
- Building and delivering the roadmap and being accountable for the impact
- Working closely with commercial teams to build scalable features
- Managing stakeholders and bringing stability for decision making
- Growing a best in class team and pushing the envelope through innovative ideas
Education
- BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Computer Science, Engineering or Management
