Our Client, a Leading Commercial Real Estate Firm, is urgently seeking for a temporary Office Coordinator to support their Chicago office on various dates during the next two weeks.• Please note this is a part-time, onsite, contract role, $28/hr, 8AM-5PM**Responsibilities:• Mange phone lines; answer and direct all incoming phone calls• Greet all incoming visitors and guests with a welcoming and friendly demeanor• Oversee office supplies and equipment; obtain vendor quotes as needed• Maintain internal files and confidential documents• Ensure organization of common areas including kitchen, reception, and conference rooms• Receive and route incoming packages, mail, and correspondence• Maintain vendor relationships with submit all work orders/maintenance requests• Implement and maintain extensive hard-copy and electronic filing systems• Take on additional tasks as neededQualifications:• 1-2 years of administrative/reception experience• Exceptional customer service skills with first-rate phone etiquette• Proficiency in MS Office• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure• Resourceful and ready to proactively solve problems• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Exceptional organization and time-management skillsPlease submit your resume for consideration!You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
