Our client, a notable hospitality group is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join their corporate team in a fulltime capacity. This role will partner with the marketing and creative teams to executive the constant flow of creative content across al social media outlets for multiple brand identities under the parent company.Responsibilities:• Work with outside designer as need to create content for all social media channels (META, Tik Tok, LinkedIn).• Collaborate with freelance roster of photographers, videographers, and venue team to coordinate photo shoots and shots lists.• Be present at, and be integral to, the staging of all video and photo shoots related to social media content.• Manage real-time content calendar under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager.• Post and schedule content across all platforms (META, Tik Tok, LinkedIn) and all formats (images, reels, long form, etc.)• Lead the charge on community engagement, managing DMs, Influencers, comments and community relationships through direct outreach and appropriate levels of responsiveness.Qualifications:• 1-2 years of relevant experience working in social media, preferably at a reputable restaurant / hospitality group.• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.• Savvy creative strategist, well-versed in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite), the full Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and tools like Google Analytics.• Passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.• Organized professional with great attention to detail and time management.• Able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.• Proactively communicative and has a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and projects.If this sounds like a fit, please submit your resume and creative portfolio for consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
