Product Manager - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Manager - Crypto - candidates need to be based outside of Europe between UTC-7 and CET timezones.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Oversee our B2B products from conception to launch.
• Product Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and Product Designer to define upcoming products using market insights, data, and user feedback.
• Product Design: Specify product details considering technical constraints. Develop designs and prototypes, testing with users.
• Product Management: Coordinate with developers, manage the roadmap, and integrate feedback from live products.
• Additional Responsibilities: Provide product insights to the protocol team, manage data & UI/UX designers, support the sales team, and sync with integration teams.

At least 2 years experience in web3/crypto. Ideally DeFi native but not a must.

At least 5 years building deeply technical products, either from the engineering or the product side of things.

Having shipped products in a team that was over 20 people. Proven experience communicating/working/managing with a lot of different roles (data scientists, eng, cofounders, UI/UX designer).

Based outside of Europe between UTC-7 and CET.
