Senior Technical Product Manager
Carewell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our product management efforts, with a particular focus on evolving our eCommerce marketplace.
Skills
- Proven experience in product management (7+ years)
- Technical expertise in working with complex concepts
- Experience in eCommerce marketplaces
- Leadership and team mentoring skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Agile methodology proficiency
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement product management best practices and frameworks
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of junior TPMs
- Drive agile development processes and optimize sprint planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology roadmap
- Lead product initiatives to enhance Carewell's eCommerce marketplace
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (or equivalent experience)
