The Contract Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing customer contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness; researching customer eligibility through various channels; and entering contract terms and details in billing system. This position also manages queues within the CRM system for contract maintenance updates and responds to inquiries from internal departments regarding contract information.

As a Contract Support Specialist you will:
Interpret contract terms and apply established business rules.
Evaluate prospect customers for eligibility.
Process contracts and account maintenance requests through queue management within a CRM system (Salesforce).
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate across teams to help create efficient processes.
Work with department manager, team members and sales/field representatives on escalated issues.
Run reporting to identify trends which could lead to process improvements.
Support department wide projects as needed.

Ability to work independently and prioritize workload; ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers in a professional manner; ability to work in fast paced environment with high volume.
Previous knowledge and experience with CRM system and proficiency in general computer skills.
2 -5 years of experience in investigative research, billing processing and/or data entry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus.
