As a Retention Account Manager for the Car Care Team, you will be responsible for performing activities that ensure Car Care customers and partners continue to send useful vehicle history report data to CARFAX without interruption and troubleshoot to resolve any data flow issues.
What you'll be doing:
Act as a customer and partner account manager in an outbound calling environment
Monitor and troubleshoot data provider data flow issues
Monitor and troubleshoot dealer and aftermarket data flow issues
Communicate the value of the Car Care Program to retain the dealer and aftermarket customer
Support continuous improvements and enforcement to the data flow process
What we're looking for:
2 years of account management and client retention experience in a call center environment
2 years of technical support management experience
Proven success in organizational and analytical problem solving
Proactive, organized, team player, with a competitive spirit
Experience with customer management software
Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
