Own Hubspot CRM
Optimize sales tech stack and enablement processes
Help create forecasting process
Enhance reporting, dashboards and automations
Measure and Improve various GTM metrics like close rate, sales cycle, and more
5+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations role in a growth stage B2B enterprise tech company
Preferably, experience building foundational processes at an early stage company
Hubspot expertise required including reporting and dashboard building
Proven success strategizing with a GTM leader to unlock revenue potential through operations and data
