This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn how businesses are built from the ground up and to make an impact on a fast-growing tech company. You'll drive your own projects across all areas of the business, which could range from partnerships to data, project management and more. You’ll get ownership of your tasks from day one and will be considered a full member of the team

The projects you’ll carry will depend on both the company needs and your strengths and interests and for that reason, we are looking for a strong generalist with an interest in gaining experience from a start-up like ours, no matter what the project or team.

ℹ Successful Working Students will have the opportunity to join the team full-time.

🌍 You can work from anywhere in Germany. We are a remote company, but regularly meet in person, too.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain and update content databases.

• Review content submissions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines.

• Participate in the approval workflow, ensuring smooth processing of submitted content.

• Identify, raise, and help resolve data issues by collaborating with internal teams.

• Support content management and optimization efforts as needed.

• Assist in documenting workflows and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• An eye for detail – spotting inconsistencies and ensuring high-quality standards.

• Efficiency and diligence – the ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.

• Proactive mindset – comfortable calling out issues and suggesting improvements.

• Reliability – committed to delivering tasks on time and with precision.

• Quick learner – adaptable to new systems and processes.

• Strong computer and Excel skills – experience with spreadsheets, data management, and analysis.
  

💫 Nice to haves:

• Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

• Previous internship or working student experience in partnerships, business operations, or a similar field.

• Interest in SaaS, B2B partnerships, or startup ecosystems.
