Sales Support Specialist, Back-End

Caribou is focused on giving people financial freedom by helping them reduce their auto expenses. They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to drive the bottom of the funnel and provide post-sale client assistance.

Skills

  • 1+ years prior auto-refi experience
  • Computer literacy with multiple software programs

Responsibilities

  • Primary driver of the bottom of the funnel
  • Oversee Loan Officer (LO) requests
  • Own post-sale deals to completion
  • Act as the primary customer point of contact post sale
  • Monitor and resubmission of daily declines
  • Support completion of ad hoc manager tasks
  • Follow up on aging approvals

Education

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
