Technology Support Specialist

Skills
- Advanced-level IT support and network administration
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or other Enterprise directory service
- Mac user support
- Strong trouble-shooting skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Results-oriented with good decision-making ability
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of Active Directory/DRA, access permissions, building security, mobile devices, and phone/voicemail system
- Support Mac/PC/AV and troubleshooting for users
- Maintain inventory of equipment and order necessary supplies
- Support O365 and coordinate troubleshooting with IPG Exchange team
- Interact and collaborate with various agency teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
