You'll be aligned with key leaders and their business units, so it's important to have a strong understanding of the business environment and objectives and HR's role in helping employees and leaders reach these goals. Strong relationship building skills and an ability to collaborate and drive an inspiring and engaging culture will be critical to your success in this position. The HRBP will be seen as, and operate as, a trusted coach, consultant, and mentor who uses innovative and pragmatic approaches to problem solve and advise through a broad range of human capital needs including Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Facilitation.Here's a summary of what Princess is looking for in their HRBP. Is this you?Responsibilities *:- Provide strategic business partnership to executives focusing on performance management, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, conflict management, and employee relations. Support and manage organizational change and program initiatives.- Ensure the delivery of industry-leading HR services and innovative organizational development solutions.- Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows.- Develop programs to increase employee engagement, provide change leadership, talent development, career & succession planning, retention and supporting process improvements.- Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management, and team building.- Partner with members of the HR team and other cross-functional teams across the areas of Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, and Benefits to ensure alignment on communications, projects, and best practices.- Evaluates inputs to determine possible systemic issues. Implements suggested changes by gathering resources and influencing organizational change. Investigates complex and unique employee issues and ensures appropriate disposition.- Represents the HR Team perspective in both formal and informal settings to communicate HR information and initiatives. Influences management decision-making to ensure business success through people and processes. Implements people practices within a work group or organization. Works with organizations to execute long and short-term strategies involving HR policies (diversity, employee engagement, divestitures).- Actively addresses issues that may impact a larger population and require intervention or process improvements. Suggests necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure that employee perspectives are considered. Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives.- Provides coaching to people leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence. Partners with business to execute workforce strategy for short- and long-term organizational objectives.- Contributes to organizational business plans, vision, mission, goals, and business objectives. Has an openness to hearing other voices and seeking to understand as much as being understood.Requirements- Bachelor's in human resources or related field- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP- 8-10 years of Human Resources experience- 5+ years of experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting- Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Demonstrated project management and change management experience and experience driving programs independently- Demonstrated analytical and data management experience with experience translating data into action planning- Must possess strong skills/experience in business partnering- Effective business acumen skills and abilities that will allow the quick grasp, immersion and understanding of business issues, needs and imperatives- Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change- Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and org dev. experience- Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed- Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization required- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance- Interpersonal and communication experience and building relationships at all levels of the organization- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.Our Culture...
