Carrot Fertility is looking for a self-motivated Operations Consultant to enhance operational efficiencies across teams and support customer-facing and member-facing teams.

Skills

  • Experience in customer success, enablement, learning & development, training, or customer-focused operational teams
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Atlassian tools, and enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a designated responsible individual to own, manage, and deliver training-related requests
  • Collaborate with Operations leaders to oversee onboarding processes and best practices
  • Drive efficiency and position customer-facing, member-facing, and broader Operations teams to provide best-in-class service
