Manage Confluence Space and Jira Software and Service Management for the Operations team.
Collaborate with various departments to design and implement workflows and automation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives.
Customize Jira projects and workflows, create automation rules, and establish views and reports.
Provide expertise on best practices for using Jira and Confluence.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
