Responsibilities
Define strategy for customer marketing across channels for Fund Admin business
Drive upsell for SPV, Fund Tax, Portfolio Insights, Valuations, and future add-on products
Collaborate across departments for impactful and timely campaigns
Lead in generating demand from customer-focused product launches
Prioritize customer experience within campaign strategy
Manage business metrics for expansion, churn, and contraction
Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams on retention motions
Work with growth and product team on in-app journeys
Be a key member of planning and prioritization team
