Responsibilities

  • Define strategy for customer marketing across channels for Fund Admin business
  • Drive upsell for SPV, Fund Tax, Portfolio Insights, Valuations, and future add-on products
  • Collaborate across departments for impactful and timely campaigns
  • Lead in generating demand from customer-focused product launches
  • Prioritize customer experience within campaign strategy
  • Manage business metrics for expansion, churn, and contraction
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams on retention motions
  • Work with growth and product team on in-app journeys
  • Be a key member of planning and prioritization team
