Deal Desk Analyst
Carta is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join their Finance team. The role involves managing order-to-cash processes and supporting revenue accounting, sales operations, and deal closures.
Skills
- Financial acumen and familiarity with revenue accounting
- Experience in order-to-cash processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Review and ensure accuracy of key data points in bookings using Salesforce.com and other tools
- Create internal documentation for sales team guidance
- Analyze impact of new deals on ARR and assist in system implementations
- Manage approval process for non-standard contract terms and pricing
- Collaborate cross-functionally in new product offerings and automation strategies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
