Product Design Lead, Growth
Carta is seeking a Growth Product Design Lead to drive the strategic design direction for growth initiatives and optimize customer acquisition channels. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio of growth-centered design solutions and excel in influencing cross-functional teams.

- Contribute to building a strong human-centered design culture
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (preferred)
