Senior Corporate Counsel, Regulatory
Carta is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel who will work on legal and regulatory matters surrounding financial products and compliance for the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial institutions or top law firms, be able to distill complex legal concepts, and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

- Admission to the New York or California Bar
