Senior Data Scientist I
Carta is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help unlock the power of equity ownership. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of analytics experience and will play a key role in generating insights and improving our products and operations.

Responsibilities
- Standardize, document, and generate core metrics for business and product
- Instrument new initiatives and come up with metrics to measure them
- Generate insights into how new features impact product releases
- Identify trends in historical data to understand customer behavior
- Present findings to diverse audiences including executives
- Evaluate and improve existing data infrastructure and dashboards
- Provide training sessions to enable self-service in BI tools
- Collaborate with the data team to develop new products
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
- Master's or PhD in Data Science or related field (preferred)
