There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:This role reports into the Senior Merchant of Carter’s Baby Seasonal and is based in our Buckhead office.35% Style Set up/System Management• Utilize reports and systems to create hindsight decks and specialized business reports.• Manage FlexPLM inputs, product hang/fold codes & packaging - ensuring data input is accurate and up to date20%: SBU Strategy• Lead business "take-aways" and "deep dives" to support new strategy development and improve existing ones.• Partner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure.• Develop a strong understanding of the marketplace, recognizing trends and how they relate to our brand.• Maintain awareness of the competition, understanding flow cadence, product assortment, and make/value equation.
