Job Description:

To Achieve daily production as per plan and working in casting process with good knowledge of GDC and die maintenance.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Daily Management work:

• Good knowledge of GDC (Gravity Die Casting)

• Man power Planning and Control & achieve Daily Production as per production plan.

• Maintain discipline, safety & 5s activities on shop floor, daily maintain DWM activity

• Working knowledge &Troubleshooting in casting moulten metal, die maintenance.

• Knowledge about 3D Die Designing and how control it

• Controlling of Daily bases efficiency, in house rejections, down time & operator multiskilling job rotation.

• Rejection Analysis and Control Skill, Document Handling

• Basis Knowledge of Power Point, Excel.

• SAP knowledge, variation check with actual inventory.

2. Team Building:

• Training new operators in the casting process and how to operate machines.

• Ability to develop motivational skill to junior.

Qualification: B. Tech & Diploma in Mechanical engineering.

Experience: 5-7 years or more.

Preferred Industrial Experience: Automotive (Casting Process)

Skills Sets and special Competency:

• Good Knowledge of casting process i.e., casting, die maintenance as well as their quality and defect etc.

• Good communication skills.
