NEW STARTING PAY: $20.07 per hour plus $0.75 shift differential

Openings available on 2nd and 3rd shift

2nd: Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE:

• Must be willing to be trained on and operate industrial equipment including lifts that extend up to 40ft off the ground

• Prior experience utilizing heavy equipment

• Ability to read/write and interpret documents
• Ability to perform a variety of clerical functions and do basic math
• Good social skills and strong dedication to safety and collaboration
• Ability to obtain vehicle certification

• Must be willing to operate industrial equipment including lifts that extend up to 40ft (all proper training is provided).

SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:
2nd: Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
3rd: Sunday night – Friday morning: 10:00pm - 6:00am

You deserve a total rewards package and that is why Caterpillar offers a 50% match on the first 6% plus an additional 3% of previous year earnings, day one medical, dental, vision and RX. You can earn a quarterly bonus (up to $750) because we value your performance. You will receive 15 vacation days (available the January following your start date) and 11 paid holidays (throughout the course of one full year). Caterpillar values your hard work and development, so we offer two $0.25 increases a year.
