Associate I.T. Systems Administrator (req-90)

We are looking for a dynamic  Associate I.T. Systems Administrator to join our team to support our fast-paced operations environment! This position reports to the IT manager for guidance and is responsible for timely and accurate responses to keep CATHEXIS business operations running smoothly from an IT perspective. The ideal person has at least one year of experience as an intern or employed in IT operations and is available to be on-site in our Tyson’s office most days. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with setting up and supporting office IT infrastructure, including workstations, printers, and other office equipment
  • Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding of employees
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure seamless technology integration and support
  • Provide technical support for conference room equipment during on-site company meetings
  • Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software
  • Collaborate to conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation
  • Participate in the deployment of new applications and technologies as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 1 year of employment experience in I.T. operations

Skills: 

  • Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to help others succeed          
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Timeliness of arrival to work
  • The ability to work on-site in our Tyson’s office on most weekdays
  • Willingness to document processes and keep them up to date

 Desired Skills: 

  • A+ and/or Security + certifications

CATHEXIS offers competitive compensation packages to all eligible employees. Our goal is to provide a compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our team, is competitive with national average market rates, and promotes your financial security and personal well-being. The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline. CATHEXIS considers various factors in its final offer, including location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
