Essential Functions/Responsibilities: The Parent Aide will teach, model and coach specific patterns of behavior by teaching and coaching basic living and parenting skills to parents whose children have been identified as risk for or placed in foster care. They will implement as outlined in the purpose of services, home safety, increased nurturance appropriate discipline, child development household management health nutrition and supportive social network. The Parent Aide will also provide transportation on a limited basis as it relates to the purpose of service. They will maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.
