Senior Manager, Customer Success

CB Insights is looking for a Senior Manager of Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers and drive growth and adoption for commercial clients.

Skills

BS/BA in business management, finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of SaaS account management and/or customer success experience
3+ years of team leadership experience
Proficiency with Excel and CRMs
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Account Managers
Set objectives and oversee day-to-day activities
Develop and execute strategies for recruiting and training
Collaborate internally and with customers to deploy success strategies
Design and implement retention-focused strategies

Education

BS/BA in business management, finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred
