The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for sports, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content. This role requires a combination of graphic design expertise, multimedia skills, and an understanding of brand identity to support various teams across the organization.Your Impact• Work collaboratively with Design leadership to create visually stunning presentations.• Develop multimedia content that includes graphics, animations, and video elements.• Gather, prepare, and present conceptual ideas.• Ensure all visual materials align with the brand’s identity and guidelines.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product and merchandising leadership, to understand their presentation needs and deliver high-quality visual solutions.• Provide creative input and feedback in brainstorming sessions and meetings.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and impact of visual communications.Qualifications• Attention to detail and experience multitasking and working under tight deadlines.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).• Strong knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.• Ability to create engaging animations and video content.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.• 5-8+ years of experience preferredWorkplace Location• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.• Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.Relocation• Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount.Base Compensation$71,327.00 - $98,074.90 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
