Provides oversight, direction, and guidance on highly visible and complex process improvement initiatives.What You'll Do:• Supervise the work and entire scope of business processes and teams responsible for process improvement initiatives. Establish performance objectives for department staff and audit and report on accomplishments.• Maintain the roadmap for department on future process improvement opportunities, and gain approval to allocate resources and budget appropriately. Inclusive of creating/reviewing new Scope of Work and adhering to compliance with the Master Service Agreement.• Build and foster strong working relationships with Leadership Teams across various locations. Act as an advocate for services and contribute to the teams' success.• Handle issues and expectations across a broad range of abilities and departments.• Connect with key business partners and senior leadership on project updates and important issues.• Create a risk management/mitigation plan, including the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.• Ensure projects are completed within a given timeframe and budget and set the department's goals.• Manage the planning, organization, and controls for a major functional area or department. May lead a mix of direct and matrix reports.• Approve subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommend same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval.• Assess appropriate staffing levels and report on utilization and deployment of human resources. Lead and support staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention. Lead the team by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.What You'll Need:• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required plus a minimum of eight years experience with process improvement, project management or other related experience. Prior supervisory experience required.• Superior knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).• Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and is responsible for department budget.• Ability to solve detailed problems and deal with a variety of options in crucial situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.• Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve results. Develops, recommends, and implements functional operational programs and procedures. Responsible for setting project, department and/or division goals. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
