Exemplary customer service, critical thinking, and an understanding of business financial processes are keys to success in this position. The nature of the position also requires an ability to communicate clearly on a variety of different levels, both externally and internally, and may include managing special projects.What You'll Do:• Acts as an SME for both technology and the business process supported by the applications.• Contributes to multiple services simultaneously, while also serving as a point of contact on some client projects.• Serves as level two troubleshooting support for client tickets regarding financial systems integration.• Monitor requests coming in and provide leadership to the team processing and managing those requests to maintain a 95% (or higher) Service Level Agreement compliance.• Works within service scope, SLAs and performance standards.• Interacts with the client to provide technical and program support.• Provides both client and internal team support and training as needed.• Consults with Service Managers on service process improvements.• Mentors the activities of the Tier 1 Technical Service Admins, including support for work order fulfillment; provides support and assistance for extra workload, as needed.• Processes, prepares, and maintains support metrics and monthly business reviews for all services.• Collecting, cleaning and transforming data to create reports and visualizations to represent data insights using Microsoft tools such as excel and Power Bi.• Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns and communicate the findings to stakeholders and making recommendations.• Serves as the point of escalation for business critical or multifaceted issues ensuring they are handled in a consistent, urgent, and professional manner.• Performs other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience required.• Experience with data analytics is preferred.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The maximum salary for the Technical Services Lead is $86,500.00 annually [or $41.58 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,and experience.
