Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive national sales of proactive services (PEN testing, consulting) and reactive services (DFIR). Our client is a global leader in delivering top-tier eDiscovery, Digital Forensics, and Cybersecurity solutions, catering to major law firms and corporations across the U.S. While not a software provider, they leverage the best technology available in the industry and manage projects worldwide. Headquartered in California, they are trusted by Am Law 350 firms and Fortune 1000 companies alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand relationships with Am Law 350 firms and major corporations with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.
  • Drive new business opportunities by engaging with corporate legal departments, IT security teams, and litigation support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and manage the sales funnel using Salesforce.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of inside and outside sales executives.

 

    Qualifications

     

    • Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity consulting and related services, selling to law firms and corporate clients.
    • Industry Connections: Strong existing relationships with key stakeholders in corporate legal, IT security, and litigation support teams.
    • Sales Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Sales Skills: Experience leading both inside and outside sales efforts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity, digital forensics, data storage, and IT infrastructure.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
    • Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
    • Personality: Outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic team player with an engaging phone presence.

    Additional Information

    Location: (Remote) Must be located/based in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles

    Compensation: Base salary  $100-150K + uncapped commission plan
