As a candidate for our Human Resources (HR) Recruiter position, you'll need to bring the following qualities: a lively spirit, exceptional organization, keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, a great sense of humor, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their best!

The Recruiter performs recruitment and other human resource related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, staffing management, employee and client relations.

SCHEDULE:

  • 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday

LOCATION:

  • CCRES, 406 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19335

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit job applicants to fill entry-level, professional, and technical job openings
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Reviews resumes/applications and interviews candidates for all open positions
  • Takes responsibility for matching staff with existing client needs
  • Maintains a database to track applicants and the placement of staff on cases
  • Attends college and community job fairs to fill recruitment pipeline
  • Performs educational credentialing to verify the veracity of application materials
  • Conducts new hire sign-in to orient new staff to organizational policy and procedure
  • Maintains employee recognition programs
  • Collects and analyzes hiring data to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Staff in good standing with at least 1 year of employment with CCRES
    • If less than a year of experience, we will consider prior HR related experience
  • Experience in HR or similar role - preferred
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - preferred
  • Experience with sourcing techniques - preferred
  • Strong organizational approach with attention to detail
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
